
The pre-historic food with a twist of spices, greens, and veggies. Most of us dislike greens though they are health boosters. This is an easy healthy recipe to rustle up in a few minutes and get all the yum on the taste buds and nutrition for the body and mind. Get your veggies, and chop chop finely to get started. I have loads to finish, but this is an energy and mood booster. Cooking with mindfulness is a thing I have been practicing since long because it does good.
Ingredients

1 onion, tomato, bell pepper, coriander, parsley, mint, lettuce finely chopped
1 carrot grated
1 bowl of maize and wheat flour mix
1 bowl of gram flour, semolina mix

1 spoon of nigella and chia seeds each

1 tbsp dry ginger, chilli, turmeric, black pepper, and coriander powder each
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp oregano flakes, 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
salt to taste
2 small glasses of water for batter
Stirr this taste for good health…and how…
Mix all of these ingredients in a large bowl

Add water and stir to make medium thick batter

Brush oil in a pan
Add the batter
Toss it when crispier
Serve with sauce or any side dish of your choice
